Warranty Policy
We offer a limited two years (from ETA) product warranty for defects in either material or workmanship. Our goods and our warranty is only applies to the Importers & Wholesalers that deal with us directly.
We reserve the right to choose whether this will be through repair or replacement of the Watch Winder. If we choose to replace, we are entitled to supply a model of equivalent value.
This warranty excludes damage from careless handling and repairs by unqualified persons, as well as damage from inaccurate use. A condition of our fulfilling the term of the warranty is that please contact your agent (where you purchase the goods from) and believe our selling agents worldwide will be more than happy to assist you in this aspect.
Return with Requested Forms-For our Agents Only
Please inspect the products upon receipt for the shipping damage.In case of any shipping damage, please take photos and retain all packing materials (boxes and labels).
Once you have any faulty goods, please fill up the “Defect Report” and send it to us for double checking the warranty period and we will discuss the Returning Procedure with you.
We will offer you a “Return Authorization Notice” after receiving of your completed “Defect Report”.
Please notice that No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization number.
This number must be marked on the outside of the returned packaging.
If goods were still within warranty period, we will provide our FedEx account numbers for claiming back the faulty goods.
The freight cost for returning the replacement has to be paid on collect basis. Therefore, we suggest for delivering the replacement with next consignment in order to save the freight cost.
If goods were out of warranty period, we still provide repairing or replacement of components as part of our After Sales Service, however cost of repairing or replacing the components and the freight cost for both ways (back and forth) will need to be charged.
